2025 NFL Draft: Ben's Final First Round Mock
Welcome to Ben’s final 2025 mock draft! The draft is almost here, and the predictions, rumors, and last-minute shakeups are coming in fast. From breakout prospects to surprise first-rounders, we’re breaking down how the first round could unfold.
1. Tennessee Titans: Cam Ward, QB, Miami
We've known for a while that the Titans will be grabbing their QB of the future with the first overall pick in the 2025 NFL draft.
2. Cleveland Browns: Travis Hunter,, WR/CB, Colorado
I'm sure Abdul Carter was an option, but Browns GM Andrew Berry has made it clear for a while now who he thinks the best player in this draft class is.
3. New York Giants: Abdul Carter, EDGE, Penn State
I've never believed Joe Schoen would actually trade this pick, New York stays pat and takes their best player available.
4. New England Patriots: Will Campbell, OT, LSU
This is also a lock and load pick in my opinion, as New England attempts to protect their franchise QB Drake Maye.
5. TRADE: Chicago Bears: Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State
The first four picks are stone locks for me, and from five on is where it gets whacky. I can't believe a team would trade up to five and take a RB but here we are. Let's see if it actually happens.
6. Las Vegas Raiders: Armand Membou, OT, Missouri
I think the Raiders are surely going OL here and it's between Banks and Membou -- Membou feels like a Raiders pick to me.
7. New York Jets: Tyler Warren, TE, Penn State
I could see new HC Aaron Glenn wanting to grab a defensive player here, but Warren ultimately might be too hard to pass on.
8. Carolina Panthers: Mason Graham, DT, Michigan
Graham is now the favorite to go this pick on some books, and even if Carolina trades down someone could move up here to select him.
9. New Orleans Saints: Tyler Booker, OG, Alabama
I truly have no clue what the Saints will do, but I simply don't believe a team has Jaxson Dart graded high enough to take him top-ten. Booker is reportedly high on the Saints radar and they do need O-line help.
10. TRADE: Jacksonville Jaguars: Tet McMillan, WR, Arizona
Assuming the Bears trade this pick in their move up attempt I believe this is who will be a Jaguar tomorrow whether they move down or not.
11. San Francisco 49ers: Walter Nolan, DT, Ole Miss
The 49ers have been linked to Nolan for seemingly the entire draft process and they've never been shy about just taking "their guy".
12. Dallas Cowboys: Matthew Golden, WR, Texas
This just feels like such a Cowboys pick, I can't explain it further than that.
13. Miami Dolphins: Jahdae Barron, DB, Texas
I wouldn't be shocked to see Jalen Ramsey traded tonight or soon after, and this could show that writing on the wall.
14. Indianapolis Colts: Colston Loveland, TE, Michigan
The Colts have been linked to TE's dating back to last draft and Loveland is one of the best pure football players in this draft.
15. Atlanta Falcons: Jalon Walker, EDGE, Georgia
I feel pretty confident in Atlanta targeting defense here and Walker just happens to fall to them in my version of the draft.
16. Arizona Cardinals: Mykel Williams. EDGE, Georgia
Arizona has been heavily linked to DL help with this pick, though they could opt for Shemar Stewart as well.
17. Cincinnati Bengals: Kelvin Banks, OT, Texas
Cincy could use this pick on a pass rusher but if Banks is here I don't see how they opt to not select him.
18. TRADE: New York Giants: Jaxson Dart, QB, Ole Miss
I firmly believe the reports that the Giants will trade back up for Jaxson Dart, and they're going to have to jump the Steelers if they want him in my opinion.
19. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Jihaad Campbell, LB, Alabama
This would be a great real-life football fit so I'm kind of hoping it happens just for that reason.
20. Denver Broncos: Omarion Hampton, RB, North Carolina
GM George Paton has never drafted a first round RB, but Denver has been linked to RBs for the entire draft process.
21. Pittsburgh Steelers: Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado
I think the Steelers want Dart, but if someone jumps them for him they opt with their next best option in Sanders.
22. Los Angeles Chargers: Kenneth Grant, DL, Michigan
Linking another Michigan player to Jim Harbaugh, is it really that simple?
23. Green Bay Packers: Emeka Egbuka, WR, Ohio State
With the draft being held in Lambeau Field -- this pick would be a big hit as the Packers take a first round WR for the first time since 2002.
24. Minnesota Vikings: Derrick Harmon, DT, Oregon
I'm assuming Minny is one of the most likely teams to trade down/out of the first round given they only have four picks.
25. Houston Texans: Donovan Jackson, OT, Ohio State
I feel extremely confident that Houston will take OL here, it just comes down to which one. Jackson has been a riser throughout the process.
26. Los Angeles Rams: Josh Simmons, OT, Ohio State
I feel like the Rams are a complete wild card here, they could take an offensive playmaker.
27. Baltimore Ravens: Donovan Ezeiruaku, EDGE, Boston College
Edge rusher is one of the few needs for the Ravens heading into 2025.
28. Detroit Lions: Grey Zabel, OT, North Dakota State
Zabel did meet with the Lions for an official visit -- feels like the writing is on the wall.
29. Washington Commanders: James Pearce Jr, EDGE, Tennessee
Like BAL, feels like edge rusher is a need for Washington in this draft though I do think they'd consider WR here depending on if anyone falls.
30. Buffalo Bills: Malaki Starks, S, Georgia
DT or DB feels like the pick for the Bills depending on how the board shakes out.
31. Kansas City Chiefs: Trey'Veon Henderson, RB, Ohio State
KC held a virtual interview with Henderson on Tuesday and I want this simply for the memes. I would be shocked to see Henderson fall out of the first round -- a total pro RB.
32. Philadelphia Eagles: Shemar Stewart, EDGE, Texas A&M
Once again, a star athlete falls into the lap of Mr. Howie Roseman.
